Lev Leyeled Transportation ("Lev Leyeled," "we," "us," or "our") coordinates volunteer driver transportation services for our community. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding that information, including our use of SMS text messaging.
When you sign up as a volunteer driver with Lev Leyeled Transportation, we collect:
This information is currently collected from volunteer drivers only, typically verbally or in person when you sign up to receive coordination and dispatch text messages and emails, or when a staff member enters your information on your behalf at your request.
We use the name, phone number, and email address you provide to:
Email. We collect your email address so we can email you about trip updates and other volunteer coordination, as described above. We do not use your email address for marketing and we do not sell or share it with third parties; it is only passed to the mail service that delivers our messages. You can opt out of emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in each email, by contacting us using the information in Section 7, or by turning email notifications off for any or all events under Account > Notification Preferences after logging in. If you have more than one email address on file, you can also choose whether emails go only to your primary address or to all of them.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing of information with subcontractors solely for the purpose of providing support services (such as SMS platform delivery through our messaging provider) is permitted. All other use of your mobile opt-in data and consent is prohibited; this information will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third party for their own marketing purposes.
By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Lev Leyeled Transportation related to ride coordination, driver assignments, dispatch updates, broadcast announcements, and account verification (OTP) codes.
Message frequency varies depending on your scheduled rides and volunteer activity, and may include multiple messages per day during active coordination.
Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan.
You opt in to this SMS program verbally or in person when registering as a volunteer driver with Lev Leyeled Transportation. Your phone number is entered into our system at that time with your consent, specifically for the purpose of receiving the messages described above.
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from Lev Leyeled Transportation. You can also manage your notification preferences directly by logging into your account and visiting Account > Notification Preferences. You may also contact us directly using the information in Section 7 to be removed from our messaging list.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the name, phone number, and email address you provide from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. Access to this information is limited to volunteers and staff who need it to coordinate rides.
We retain your name, phone number, and email address for as long as you are an active volunteer driver with our organization. If you opt out of text messages or emails, we retain your information on file so that we can honor your preference and continue managing your account, but we do not share it with any third party. If you are no longer active with our organization and explicitly request that we delete your data, we will do so.
Our services are intended for use by adults coordinating or providing transportation. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children for the purpose of SMS communications.
